It's A Result Business
Football is a result business and that is all that matters. The tie between Liverpool and Barcelona was a spectacular match with Liverpool dominating while Barcelona delivered the goods. It was an impressive showing from Liverpool who totally outclassed a Barcelona team known for their wonderful possessive play.
The match started brightly for Liverpool and they made Barcelona retreat into their own box with their talisman; Lionel Messi having little to do for that time being. They didn't allow their domination to count as the spurned few chances they created and Barcelona caught them out many times.
The moment of truth came when Luis Suarez latched on to a ball that found him out and he redirected it into the back of the net. He celebrated wildly and many people questioned why he did.
The goal deflated Liverpool and Barcelona increased their tempo. The second half came and Liverpool came with the intent of getting that precious away goal, but then came the second goal. Suarez hit the net but Messi couldn't have scored an easier goal in a semi-final match as he chested it and rolled the ball into an empty net.
The moment of magic came when Messi was brought down at some distance from the box and he produced with his trademark free kick. It was such a beauty to behold as he bent the ball across the wall into the top corner of the net; away from Alisson's reach. What a way to score your 600th goal in such a wonderful fashion and in such a decisive match.
He has played 683 games for Barcelona while scoring 600 goals. He has assisted 240 goals while winning 10 La Liga titles, 8 Supercopa, 6 Copa Del Rey, 4 Uefa Champions' League, 3 UEFA Super Cup, 3 World Club Cup, 5 Ballon D'or and 5 Golden Shoe. What an era this guy is redefining and it would be a huge step for anyone to step into his shoes. What a brilliant player he is.
Liverpool now have a mounting task ahead for the second leg. Is it game over?

I remember once, this guy was tagged with devil/satan church. It is disheartening how people never wanna see that some folk can actually succeed without negativity attached. If its game over is what i cant tell. One thing i do not think is possible here is if Liverpool can beat Barcelona at home 4Nil.
There is no successful person without some level of negativity around him or her. That's life. Football has a way of surprising us and I am open to seeing another spectacular match. It would be hard for Liverpool to beat Barcelona by 4 goals to nothing but then, it is football after all.
