2018 Asian Games, Palestine Conquers Indonesia 2-1

Palestine U-23 national team wins over Indonesia U-23 national team with a final score of 2-1 in the preliminary round of the 2018 Asian A Group Games at Candrabhaga Stadium, Bekasi, Wednesday (08/15/2018).

The Palestinian goal was scored by Oday Dabbagh in the 16th minute and Mohamed Darwish (51 '). The Indonesian goal was scored by Irfan Jaya (23 ')

With this result, Palestine is top of Group A with 7 points while Indonesia is third with 3 points, three points behind Hong Kong.

Indonesia's U-23 national team left behind in the 16th minute which began with a foul in the forbidden box. The penalty was given after Zulfiandi committed a foul in the Indonesian penalty box.

Palestine took the lead through a rebound ball from the penalty execution in the 16th minute. Mohamed Darwish failed to execute a penalty, but Oday Dabbagh was able to use the vomit well so Palestine were 1-0 up.

However, the advantage only lasted seven minutes. The Indonesian national team could equalize in the 23rd minute through Irfan Jaya.
