German Bundesliga back to an Open Contention between Dortmund and Bayern
Bayern Munich have now reduced the lead between them and table leader Borussia Dortmund to just Five points. After a previous draw for Bayern and a win for Dortmund, the Gap between them was spread to seven but following last weekend games, Dortmund slipped after playing a 3-3 draw with Hoffenheim. Bayern won their game against Schalke.
The fight for the German league is now open than before and Bayern are now back in contention for the trophy. Dortmund through away a comfortable 3-0 lead against Hoffenheim as they visitors levelled up in the game to 3-3. Dortmund took the lead with goals from Jadon Sancho, Mario Gotze and Raphael Guerreiro.
Bayern on the other hands beat Schalke to a 3-1 victory the same Saturday therefore closing the gap to five points.
