Jabari Parker has signed a new deal with the Chicago Bulls which is expected to last for two years and has been said to be worth about $40 million.

The former Duke forward had to leave the Milwaukee Bucks after spending four seasons with them.

According to league sources who made it known to ESPN, the Jabari, a free agent forward agreed to the deal with the Chicago Bulls.

As a restricted free agent, Parker was set to sign a new deal with the Bulls as an offer sheet. However, it was long known that the Bucks were not going to be able to match any deal.

As such, the Bucks had to rescind the qualify in offer which they had given to Parker, thus making him a unrestricted free agent.

This also helped in clearing the way for his deal with the Bulls to be finalized.

The deal is such that where Parker is able to get the job done, he could be in for a long-term deal in no long time.

He will join Wendell Carter, fellow Duke Blue Devils forward at the Bulls.
