Everton defeats Bournemouth

In the 22nd week of PL, Everton won against Bournemouth. They were looking to win this after losing to Leicester in last game week. Bournemouth played a 3-3 draw against Watford in the previous week.

At Goodison Park, it was a hard earn win for Everton after 2 early goals. Bournemouth was a better team in the entire match but they couldnt convert the chances. Everton did little in attack in the entire first half. Bournemouth had some good chances but couldnt score. In the first half, both sides failed to score and it ended in 0-0 draw.

In the second half, Everton managed to score in an hour mark. Kurt Zouma scored in the 61st minute and it was assisted Lucas Digne. Bournemouth pressurized more but there was no luck. Dominic Calvert-Lewin came for Richarlison and he scored in the 90th minute to double the lead. Everton scored 2 goals of 3 on targets. But Bournemouth had 7 shots on target and lost the game by 2-0.

With this win, Everton is 10th in the table with 30 points. Bournemouth are 12th in the table with 27 points.
