Sprtshub.io is a decentralised Sports based platform built on top of the steem Blockchain. It was created by @ejemai and @fisteganos with the hopes of encouraging and promoting sports awareness on the steem Blockchain. Sprtshub.io is essentially the first sporting platform on the steem Blockchain and sprts coin is quite possibly the first SMT (smart media token) to come out of Nigeria, and maybe even Africa.
Now the question you've all been waiting for; how does sprtshub.io positively affect the steem Blockchain in terms of NEW USER SIGNUPS? Well here's how.

It's no secret on steemit that sports related posts aren't exactly given a lot of attention, the only exception being the world cup related posts which people are no longer even interested in seeing as the world cup has ended. Since sprtshub.io is now available, sports lovers all around the world can find a home in steemit. I personally got a footballer friend of mine @ovic17 to register on steemit particularly because of his love for football. He's yet to drop his introduction post but best believe sprtshub.io is going to be his new stomping ground.
