Griezmann - Barca snub, his hardest decision

The French player has revealed that the decision to snub Barcelona was the toughest decision he's had to make in his footballing career.

Griezmann had been linked with a £100 million move to the Camp Nou for but the player opted to remain at the Vincente Cauldron and says it wasn't a versus easy decision.

Griezmann also reveals that last season, he was strong mentally but that he's hoping that he could improve this season.

Griezmann was a crucial member of the France squad that lifted the world cup in July. He was able to get three goals at the competition.

The player is currently with just one goal thus season across all competitions. His form sums up Athletico's performance this season. They have won only two of their last five games and are not looking good but Griezmann is positive they can still compete for the title this season season.
