Manchester United beats Real Madrid 2-1

The game was really a Ronaldoless game as Benzema took up the lead in the 7th minute of the game but eventually sends the ball wide off the post. Manchester United immediately picked up the challenge as in the 18th minute as Sanchez having put the defenders ahead received a fine cutback from Darmian due to Sanchez wiry movements and he didn’t waste no time to fire the ball past Casillas efforts as he sent home a goal. The game continued with more attacks on Real Madrid and again in the 27th minute, Manchester United got another chance which they had no choice than to score. The goal was initiated out of the defense wing as a counter attack which led Mata to run out of a wide space as he got to the box and crossing the ball to Sanchez who in turn nods it to Herrera but Casillas also has the chance to make a go for the ball and he does but unfortunately, Herrera gets to the ball before him and send it in a half-volley into the goal.
It was just after the half time period that Real Madrid had their goal in the 48th minute from the man himself, Benzema. It was initiated by Theo Hernandez who let loose a dangerous shot across the face of the post and before the ball could wither go out or clash with the bar, Benzema looped in and sent a foot in tapping the ball home to goal but the game went further in the state till the match ended with a victory for Manchester United.
