The Nigerian super eagles star Odion Ighalo, has finished the 2019 afcon qualifying series, as the top scorer. Ighalo finished with the qualifiers with 7 goals. He was indeed amazing during the matches. He scored a hat trick against Libya and a goal against the Seychelles in the final stages of the qualifiers.

Ighalo who plays for Chinese club Shanghai Shenhua has 1 goal ahead of Fiston Abdul-Razak of Burundi who scored 6 goals.

The Nigerian coach Genot Rohr will definitely bank on Ighalo To Help the team in the AFCON competition. Although Ighalo missed out in the 2015 and 2017 competition for Nigeria, he is currently proving himself.
