MAROTTA DENIES CHELSEA, MILAN'S CLAIMED OFFERS
The Juventus CEO Giuseppe Marotta has gone against the rumours, disclaiming that they have not received "anything concrete" from the England club Chelsea and the fellow Italian team AC Milan for the forward Gonzalo Higuain.
Following the arrival of the former Real Madrid player Cristiano Ronaldo, the Argentine Hiuain has been strongly linked with a move to meet his former boss at Napoli Maurizio Sarri in Chelsea, and he is an alleged top choice for AC Milan.
Marotta explained that the team are in serious management strategy as the squad is now eluded with forwards after the Portugal captain Ronaldo joined the Italian Serie A winners in a sensational move early this month.
"It is glaring that after Cristiano Ronaldo moved with us, our attacking has been strengthened and a little bit crowded I must say. We are planning to discuss things with Higuain but for now, nothing concrete from Chelsea or AC Milan." Marotta said to Sky Italia.
