Jose Mourinho won't block the way for defender Darmian

The defender has not had it easy since his arrival at the club. He's gone down the pecking order and rarely sees game time for Mourinho's Manchester United. This has made him consider a move back to Italy.

Several top clubs in Italy are gunning for the defender and its looking likely that the player could head back to Italy in January.

Darmian arrived Manchester United three seasons ago for a fee of £12.5 million. He only managed to find regular football during his first season with the club.

Jose Mourinho has revealed that he wouldn't block his way if the player decides to leave although he revealed that he likes the extra options that the 28-year old brings to his side.

Roma and Inter Milan are reported to be interested in signing the player and believe it wouldn't be difficult for him to adapt.
