Tasikmalaya So Host Djarum Sianar Premier Li Ning Jabar Open 2018

National badminton athletes will again compete in the green carpet arena. This time they will hunt for a title at Djarum National Circuit (Djarum Sirnas) Premier Li Ning West Java (Jabar) Open 2018, which takes place starting today (07/23).

Interestingly, for the first time the city of Tasikmalaya will host the most prestigious badminton tournament in the country.

GOR Susy Susanti which is located at Jalan Dadaha, Tasikmalaya this time will be a silent witness to the birth of new champions in the Djarum Sirnas arena.

This event was officially opened by Mayor of Tasikmalaya, Drs. H. Budi Budiman symbolically along with other ranks. He hopes that with this tournament can increase motivation and friendship between fellow players and coaches and uphold sportsmanship.

"Through a championship like this, motivation will be generated. It will be an evaluation material by upholding high sportsmanship. Whoever loses and indeed it is a match, the most important thing is friendship and learning from the exemplary success of others," said the Mayor at the event opening.

In the third series of the Djarum Sirnas this year, the participants' enthusiasm was extraordinary. as many as 983 players from various clubs, and even some representatives of foreign countries are declared ready to compete to be the best.

This number exceeded last year's record which only reached 712 participants.

Judged by Eddyanto Sabarudin as the Head of PP PBSI Referee Tournament, if the West Java National Djarum Sirnas always has a special attraction for athletes to take part.

"The preparation is yes as usual, the difference is now I rehearse in the club.If the special target is not there, it's just that I want to be champion in the land of birth," said Hanna.
