Juventus penalize for racist chant by fans

The serie A authority has penalize Juventus by ordering them to close part of their stadium for one game for racist chant directed towards Napoli defender kalidou koulibaly in their game played during the weekend.
Fans were heard in different sections making racist chant towards the player and the football authority has now sanctioned Juventus for it and also fined them €10,000 .
Koulibaly has been a subject of racist for long as he was also targeted by Atalanta fans in January that lead also to their stadium being close for some matches.
Koulibaly has been a main stay for Napoli since joining them and is one of their key players in the team.
He has been a subject of speculation for many years as top teams in Europe have tried to sign him but Napoli has used a very tight grip on their star Man.
Italian football has been known for racist abuse all the time and nothing has been done to salvage the issue.
