Sprouted nuts, grains and seeds are a panacea for our health

They are extremely powerful healthy and curative foods. Their regular consumption corrects the wrong eating of people. These healthy sources of useful proteins and micronutrients are ideal when we need to eat quickly. For nuts, grains, seeds and legumes to provide maximum benefit, they should be consumed in one of the following forms:

In the other forms, they are not so useful, and can even hurt. For example, when roasting nuts and seeds, the beneficial fatty acids in them are converted into ordinary fats that do not dissolve in water. This makes them difficult to absorb and they accumulate in the body by making us fill up. In addition, heat treatments lose valuable ingredients - vitamins, enzymes, antioxidants, etc. Thus, by many useful ones, we turn them into useless, even harmful. Therefore, it is best to consume them raw.
