A user’s education and work experience are verified by the universities and companies concerned and then written directly to the blockchain. This verification should be done only one time and can be used whenever needed.
On the platform, your skill reputation is crowdsourced and is weighted according to the skill level of the person endorsing you. After verification and endorsement skillsets, the changes will be added on to the block after the data is accepted by both the sender and the receiver.
