How it works

• Sign up to SpringRole by importing or adding your profile to the platform. Add your work experience, education, and skill sets. Each of these claims are then verified by the concerned people or organizations.
• The one time verification is done by universities and companies.
• On SpringRole, your skill reputation is crowdsourced and depends on the people who endorse you on your skill sets. Skill endorsements are weighted according to the skill level of the person endorsing you and endorsements need to be accepted by the sender and the receiver before it counts.
• Whenever people in your network earn rewards on SpringRole, you also gain a percentage of it along with the other users and organizations who have attested for that person.
• Get referral bonuses.
• SPRING the token is used while endorsing a users skill set.
• Companies or Universities attest a claim made by a user and earn SPRING when the profile of the user is requested for verification.
• Holding SPRING gives access to premium features.
