Wild spring onions

Just a quick one to say that I discovered a clump of wild spring onions yesterday! They made a great addition to my salad at lunch & Sabrina's cooking at dinner.

See that little clump of green down in the leaves?

Pull them up and this is what you will find.

I was on my way to the garden at the time, to say a quick hello after a week of sunny weather.

The peas are doing so great I couldn't help but to pick some.

I know they are not ready yet but I love to eat them whole when they are young like this.

The cherry trees are in full bloom now so I gave them a load of water to assist with their fruit production.

Went home with this lot, to add to my lunch.

Not before enjoying a few peaceful moments in this seat.
