Hi I just made a whole bunch of payouts of SBIs to contest winners and realized I sent in all the names without the @

Can you fix it on your side or do you need to refund me and have me resubmit,

The @ is pretty much optional as long as there are no extra words in the memos that might confuse the bot. Yours all look fine.
