  • Abdominal crunches 16reps 2sets
  • Russian twist 16reps 2sets
  • Mountain climbing 15reps 2sets
  • Heel toch 14reps 2sets
  • Leg raise 10reps 2sets
  • Plank 30secs 2sets
  • Cobra stretching
  • Spine lumber twist stretch for both side
