Today is our training routine day2 without going to any gym. I hope we all enjoy yesterday routine.
Here we are on our daily basis. Follow the routine below and feel free to ask any qurstion.
- Abdominal crunches 16reps 2sets
- Russian twist 16reps 2sets
- Mountain climbing 15reps 2sets
- Heel toch 14reps 2sets
- Leg raise 10reps 2sets
- Plank 30secs 2sets
- Cobra stretching
- Spine lumber twist stretch for both side
