200 squats completed smoothly/200下的负重深蹲顺利完成

Sports is the beginning of life. When you choose sports, then don't give up and finish the road you choose. When you choose to exercise every day, your life will change, and so will your body.

Sports is also a double-edged sword, which has both advantages and disadvantages, but it is undeniable that the advantages of sports always outweigh the disadvantages. We may feel sore at first because we are doing sports. It's just a good start. It's not a drawback.

I like this simple and effective exercise. As long as you insist on completing a certain amount of exercise, you can achieve the desired results through this exercise.

From the first 100 squats to the later 200 squats, this is a change and a good start. Some people think it's difficult, but it's very simple. All you need is to get used to the amount of exercise.

For anaerobic exercise, it is not necessary to complete the amount of exercise at one time. It can be done by grouping.

For example, if you're doing 200 anaerobic exercises today, you can do it in 10 groups of 20 exercises per group. This will not feel very tired, but also very regular, sports effect will be more significant.

My daily squat load is 200 times, which usually takes only a few minutes to complete. Sometimes I feel tired and don't
want to continue, but once I start, I will stick to the last step.

When there is no real need to give up, we should stick to it, especially for sports. Today's 200 squats are a little laborious at first, but much better later, because the body is used to squatting.

目前我所进行的体育运动是无氧运动“负重深蹲”,我喜欢这项简单有效的运动,只要你坚持完成一定的运动量,那么你可以通过该项运动达到你想要的效果。

从刚开始的100下负重深蹲到后期的200下负重深蹲,这是一种转变,也是一种好的开始。有人觉得这会很难,其实这很简单,你需要的只是习惯这样的运动量。

进行无氧运动,没必要一次性完成运动量,可以通过分组进行来完成。举个例,如果你今天所要进行的无氧运动的运动量为200下,那么你可以通过每组20下,以10组完成。这样既不会觉得很累,还会很有规律,运动效果也会更加显著。

我每日的负重深蹲的运动量是200下,这样的运动量通常只需要几分钟就可以完成。有时候会觉得很累不想继续,但是一旦开始了就会坚持到最后一步。

在还没有真的需要放弃的时候,我们应该坚持下去,特别是对于体育运动。今天的200下负重深蹲刚开始有点吃力,但是后期就好多了,因为身体习惯了深蹲的状态。
