Is Zidane Tactics really Helping Eden hazard?
Zidane's approach of playing Hazard strictly on the left wing is not helping him or the team by any means. The lack of positional freedom for him coupled with the defensive duties under Zidane's new approach has heavily decreased Hazard's abilities. I think Zidane should allow him the free role which he is more natural to him from his Chelsea and Belgium team. Hazard has elite defence unlocking skills because of his dribbling and chance creation ability but being stuck on the wing he has nothing but only one option that is to beat the full back and put a cut-back or a cross. Hope tonight we see Hazard with more freedom to move in between the lines and wings instead of playing as natural winger throughout the 90 minutes.
As the top player I am sure he is, he should be switching positions with opposite wingers often just like Ronaldo used to do. He should be old enough to know what works for him and go for it. The coach can ask you of a task but that doesn't mean you shouldn't try to take some risk sometimes even Vinicius goes for the hard task, makes the wrong decision over and over again and get away with it. I just feel he is try to play safe by going for the easiest decisions
