RE: Even Zidane is Human

in #sportstalk5 years ago

I actually thought he made a brilliant move leaving on a high when he did. Was shocked he returned. They should be smart though about who they replace him with. All due respect to Pochettino but he isn't doing himself justice this season and hasn't actually won stuff yet. Mourinho would only work for a season or two but would also all but guarantee Pogba doesn't go there. Who else is there?

You seem to know a lot about Real Madrid. Are you a fan?

Back to the issue... Zidane has proven himself to be a good manager of an egocentric team. He might be lacking in tactical sections but he is good to an applaudable extent in the coaching business.

I for one is happy he returned, his legacy as a player goes a long way in not just motivating his squad but also keeping them healthy and psychologically okay.

The problem right now is that Zidane is making some mistakes of which I know from former Zidane would be pardoned come end of season.

Let's fold our hands and watch though

He should be alright as long as they stay top of La Liga. But a Champions League exit too early could change everything. Can't lose to Galatasaray in one of these upcoming games.

Galatasaray is a must win!
