How Stephen Curry trains
While their training might not be the most suitable for us since they are already some of the best players in the world, it's always fun to see how NBA players train. I think seeing how his trainer goes as far as to think about how dribbling form affects how Curry goes into his shot really highlights the amount of work it takes to become one of the best NBA players in the league.

As always, thanks for reading! I hope you have a great day/night. Do let me know what kind of sport/fitness posts you guys enjoy in the comments below. I love almost all sports, though my primary passion is basketball. If you enjoyed this post, leave me an upvote!
Also, if you like gaming or music, I'm working on two new accounts: @retropetroleum and @retropetrolmusic :) You can also check me out on twitch.tv/retropetroleum or retropetroleum on Youtube. It's a work in progress so do bear with me. I don't have the money to afford better hardware so my stream crashes sometimes but I try to stream every weekend morning 8am-2pm Singapore time (8pm-2am Washington DC)
Why would you say it is not suitable for us? I say, it depends on your endurance, right?
I was thinking along the lines of training progression. It's not just about physical ability in my opinion. For something like controlling how the ball goes between your legs etc. (like he mentions in the video) you need to at least have intermediate proficiency in ball handling. I think for the average player, it's best to focus on basics such as looking up while handling the ball and having a varied skill set (making sure you are shooting with a high percentage, good footwork etc.) before thinking about efficiency from a micro standpoint.
I agree. I wonder what Michael Jordan did for training.
Well, I guess the basketball tennis thing would be tough to learn.
