Massive respect to Steve Smith and the Aussies for spanking England
Only England could go from being odds on favourites after day 1 to barely surviving half a day when the match depended on it.
Smith came up trumps with back to back tons in both innings which he has not done before.
The amount of pressure and abuse he was getting following the 'world ending' ball tampering incident, was crazy.
They made a mistake and cheated ok we get it, but the media especially the UK media makes out they went on a killing spree.
He took all this onboard and taught everyone a lesson in test match batting.
He was awesome and so was the rest of the team and thoroughly deserved it.
Rest of the series should be interesting now as noone really expected this result
That is how you make a comeback from a controversy. I think that the punishment for Smith in particular was excessive, but Smith has shown his true character in this test.
Foolish prediction time, Australia will win this series easily, and Smith will be the top runscorer by miles.

Im with you on that 3-1. Will defo be a draw somewhere coz of the uk weather lol He is pure class. How many players would come back after all that shit and perform like that errm none
