Be fit Or be Dead #36
This time my training was unusual.
In previous posts from the BfObD cycle it is clear that I usually have structured trainings - a certain amount of time and a sufficiently high heart rate. In today's report, my "training" will look slightly different.
First, I went for a walk in the woods. I didn't measure my heart rate during the walk.
I managed to take some nice pictures for it, so at the beginning I invite you for a walk in the forest.
In the afternoon I had another physical activity - I played drums.
This time I was able to take a heart rate measurement, thanks to which Endomondo counted how many calories I burned while playing the drums.
Playing drums is not very intense training (average heart rate is only 86 beats per minute), but the length of training (over 2 hours) allowed me to burn 790 calories.
The GPS on the phone went crazy and even measured my maximum speed ;) , but I was in one place - I was sitting playing the drums.
Activity throughout the day can be seen clearly on the graph from the Actifit application. This chart shows exactly when from 5 p.m. up to 7.30 p.m. I played drums.
The whole active day allowed me to get a very good result - over 19k steps.
