Houston Rockets has signed a re-contract with Nene
According to a local newsletter, Houston had a re-contract with Nene. The two sides agreed to a renewal agreement early. Although the terms of the agreement are not yet known, the contract size is known to be the lowest salary for two years. The terms of the contract are conditions that are not guaranteed at the end of the contract. The annual salary is small, but the combined bonus is $ 10 million annually.
Houston has already successfully re-signed a number of players this summer. The company signed early contract with Austin Rivers ($ 4.5 million for two years). In addition, Houston recently signed an extension contract with Eric Gordon (US $ 76 million) for four years to help maintain power.
Nene scored 3.6 points (.517 .000 .660) and 2.9 rebounds in 42 games in the past season, downing 13 minutes per game. After playing in Houston for the past three seasons, he is expected to finish his career in Houston. In recent five seasons, however, the average score has steadily declined, and three consecutive seasons have declined.
He is still around? Holy crap.
I remember when he was drafted which was ages ago.
He is trying to catch up to Vince Carter who still manages to get signed by teams each off season.
