I think scorum's dead, @costanza. Not using SCR for their centralized exchange was the final nail in the coffin. Makes absolutely no sense not to unless they're killing the project.
The entire project pretty much makes no sense. Even if they had just the plan to do an ICO, make a minimum viable product to move to the next project it would be still better to at least pretend they care especially given the potential it all has.
