There were a couple of potential matches in the English lower leagues but eventually none fit the model so i'll pass. Champions League game featuring Ajax should be an interesting one.

After losing their start defender to Juventus, Ajax have started the season a little slower than they did last season. That said, they should have enough firepower to overcome APOEL Nicosia who are here only because Qarabag got a red card in the previous round.

These two teams met 5 years ago and while Ajax eventually ran out convincing winners at home, they were held to a draw Away at Nicosia. But this Ajax team is a lot better than the Ajax team 5 years ago which was really floundering in the wilderness to be honest.

The odds of 1.5, are rather generous i think, given that Ajax is on a 3 game winning streak and has been scoring the goals although they do concede goals more cheaply this season.
