Based on data compiled by Transfermarkt on Monday (7/29/2019), Aston Villa has poured 1.98 trillion to buy new players. The club, which had just returned to promotion to the Premier League, beat Manchester City in second place.
The shopping list of Premier League clubs brings another surprise to Liverpool. The Reds, who are Champions League champions and are runners up to the Premier League, are in the bottom position. Juergen Klopp has only spent Rp. 29.56 billion.
