There are coast guards though but they did not make it. It's really sad. We are also grieving for them since they do represent our country in dragon boat events
Owh. Were they the representatives of Philippines in the Dragon Boat racing team that won lots of medals? Were they the members? Or the new ones?
They were training for the South East Asian Games.
