Real Madrid Dani Ceballos Joins Arsenal On A One-year Loan Deal
Real Madrid has agreed on a season-long loan deal for Spain international Dani Ceballos with Arsenal, the club confirmed this.
Although it is believed that Madrid value the player at €50m but however were not keen to see the player leave on a permanent deal, as a couple of clubs such as Sevilla, Real Betis and Milan showed interest in the midfielder.
Madrid signed Ceballos from Betis for €16m in 2017 but game time has been really scarce for the player as he has started just 17 times in La Liga and just 2 times in the Champions League and he has often times appeared as a fringe figure - after making 56 appearances across two campaigns.
This is a new opportunity and challenge for the midfielder who starred for Spain’s Under-21 side this summer in their successful European Championships campaign.
