NBA's Donovan Mitchell has tested positive for the COVID-19
The Utah Jazz shooting/point guard Donovan Mitchell has tested positive for the coronavirus. This comes almost twelve hours after his teammate Rudy Gobert tested positive. Reports say Rudy Gobert was careless in the locker room, horsing around with teammates and touching many objects. Donovan Mitchell gives an update on testing positive for coronavirus and he says "Thanks to everyone who has been reaching out since hearing the news about my positive test. We are all learning more about the seriousness of this situation and hopefully people can continue to educate themselves and realize that they need to behave responsibly both for their own health and for the well being of those around them. I appreciate the authorities in Oklahoma who were helpful with the testing process and everyone from the @utahjazz who have been so supportive. I am going to keep following the advice of our medical staff and hope that we can all come together and be there for each other and our neighbors who need our help." Donovan Mitchell gets it. It's not about just protecting yourself, we can't be that self centered or ignorant. It's that if you protect yourself, you help protect everyone you come in contact with. I think all of the Jazz players is affected. Man what a 2020 it has been since Kobe Bryant death then this coronavirus outbreak. That's gonna hurt the team chemistry, but health comes first. Get well soon and wishing both of them fast recovery and all the people infected with this virus. And also would like to see both of them paly in the same court again.
