The activity has as condition that the targeted students do sports. Managing "with order" the "growing demand" of students about this type of video game competitions is what has led this educational institution that runs six schools in Spain to offer this activity, explained the director of Sports of SEK , the handball player José Javier Hombrados.
"The message is that we do not let our children play in the room themselves, but play in a controlled environment, with a teacher who knows the associated problems, and in which it is mandatory to be targeted to some sport. This activity does not replace to sport, "said the goalkeeper, world handball champion with Spain in 2005, among many other titles.
The activity will be taught for the first time at the school that this institution runs in Ciudalcampo, a residential neighborhood between San Sebastián de los Reyes and Colmenar Viejo (Madrid), where players from the electronic sports club 'Mad Lions' will go to teach the keys of handling video games to students.
