The Italian Calciomercato portal has announced that Luciano Spalletti is tipped for the new coach AS Monaco.
Currently, the trainer of the team from the Principality is Leaonardo Jardim. The team takes the second to last, 19th place in the Ligue table 1. The club officials started looking for a new coach.
One of the main candidates for Jardim's successor is Luciano Spalletti. The final decision regarding his employment is to be taken in October.
A 60-year-old Italian is unemployed after he finished his adventure with Inter Milan this year. In the past, he also ran AS Roma, Zenit Petersburg, Udinese Calcio and UC Sampdoria.
