Absutely. It should have been 4th & inches on the goal line. Dude’s foot was out and ball had not clearly broken the plane before stepping out. Considering how they’ve taken so many TDs away from receivers this year on replay, that’s the way it shoulda been called in the big game. That call completely changes the dynamic of the game. Coulda been 20-20 or if they go for it on 4th down and fail, SF coulda still been up 20-17. NFL has a refs problem.
