Hardening Procedures

Many people know that hardening is very beneficial for the human body. Who is tempered less likely to get sick.
The easiest and the way is daily dousing with low temperature water.
I was convinced of this from my own experience. Every morning I take a cold shower, then a little workout and all day I feel great.
And so for 4 years. After long illnesses 4 years ago, I firmly decided to harden and here is the result. I forgot when I was ill :)
I advise everyone, this is a great way to be in shape.
