Refresh body and mind
This is excellent way to start day. I was very skeptical before I joined Pilates classes. Always thought its pretty easy and didn't see that as very serious or beneficial workout, however once tried, was proven otherwise.
Some of the exercises was pretty difficult to do and required great core strength. Challenged myself and so happy I gave this a chance. Improved posture, physical coordination and balance. It is most definitely great way to manage stress and improve concentration.
It has been almost 2 years since I first tried this and notice increased body awareness, increased muscle strength and tone.
Always try something new and challenge yourself!
