Ecstatic Olympic Torch Bearer

Here's my entry to Photochain's Weekly contest. Theme: Happiness.

When I saw this scene unfolding through my viewfinder, I couldn't help but smile and be happy as well. Even in the rain I saw pure, unadulterated happiness from this Olympic torch bearer. I shot this at the opening leg of the torch relay for the Inaugural Youth Olympic Games held in Singapore.

I shot this with a Canon 7D at 300mm, f5.6, 1/1000, ISO 1600.
