What are the advantage of swimming?

Swimming is a form of exercise and it's just a form of recreation to some people. Various age groups can swim for recreational purposes as it provides an all-round impact on the body. It's also a nice way to relax and calm one's nerves.

Swimming keeps the heart rate up and reduces stress off the body. This is as a result of the movement of the whole body against the resistance of the water in the pool.

In addition, it should be noted that it also builds endurance, makes the muscles stronger, and general cardiovascular fitness. Swimming the right way also maintain and improve the heart, lungs and a healthy weight.

Also, due to the fact that the whole human body is used during swimming it is one of the best workout that you can imagine.
