Ranji Trophy: Vidarbha won by 78 runs in the final Match and become champion
Dharmendra Singh Jadeja, who took six wickets for 96 runs, and Vidarbha was all out in only 200 runs in the second innings and Saurashtra got the target of 206 runs to win the Ranji Trophy.However, chasing it, Saurashtra scored 58 runs for five wickets by the end of the fourth day.
Now the fifth and final day of the final Saurashtra had to score 148 runs to become Ranji champions and their five wickets are safe.However, Saurashtra lost the match today because they were all out for just 127 runs.
Vidarbha first scored 312 in the first innings, in which Saurashtra scored 307 in the first innings. Vidarbha bowler Aditya won the man of the match award for 11 wickets in this match. Saurashtra's score was 55/5 when Umesh Yadav was dismissed Arpad Vasavan
Going to chase 200 runs target to win, Saurashtra's top order batsman did not have much time to defend against Aditya. He dismissed Snail Patel, Harvic Desai and Cheteshwar Pujara in 22 runs.
