ALL FOOTBALL AT YOUR HAND- Brignoli joins the club goalkeepers in Serie A

Alberto Brignoli's header in the 95th minute against AC Milan gave the first point of their history to the modest Benevento in Serie A. The goalkeeper's goal broke the historic record that dragged the whole giallorosso, with 14 defeats. in 14 games, the worst start of any team in the five major European leagues.

Lucidio Sentimenti (1942-53)

Sentimenti was the first to beat the rival goal in the Italian top division. He scored up to four goals (all penalties) between 1942 and 1953, in the ranks of Modena and Lazio. His victims were Napoli, Udinese and Novara (which he did two). As a curious fact, he scored one of those goals against his own brother Arnaldo in a Napoli-Modena played on May 17, 1942.

Antonio Rigamonti (1976)

Rigamonti converted up to three penalties with the Como in the 1975-76 season. He scored in the defeat of his team against Hellas Verona (3-2) on January 18, 1976, in the 2-1 victory against Bologna on March 21 and in the draw against AC Milan (2-2). on April 18.

The Italian goalkeeper rescued a point in the 90th minute for Cremonese with a header from Atalanta on 23 February 1992.

Massimo Taibi (2001)

Taibi managed, until now, the only goal of a goalkeeper in Serie A in the 21st century. Reggina lost 0-1 against Udinese, but Taibi appeared in the 87th minute to finish off a corner kick and sign the equalizer. It happened on April 1, 2001.
