¿Porque ser fitness ? por bienestar, salud, estética, por competencia, tu elige tu motivo lo importante es crear el habito, también ser fitness no esta restringido para llevar una dieta estricta, sino que es buscar el equilibrio comer saludablemente, tampoco no verse extremadamente fuerte ni extremadamente delgado porque sino deja de ser un deporte divertido.
recuerda la vida fitnes es ser feliz con lo que haces cuando entrenas.
Eso ha sido todo que tengas un dia extraordinario.
