Maybe I live under a rock.
I genuinely had no idea this fight was even happening until this morning. Sure, it's the biggest purse in history, but Good God, does it all feel so staged.
They're both nothing more than showmen. Sure, you gotta hype up the crowds. It just feels so damn fake.
And they both walk away with many, many millions...all for beating the shit out of each other.
(Or, pretending to beat the shit out of each other.)
I'll be skipping this one.
Feels just like the Kentucky Derby...
Days of grandiose, coverage and gusto... and all of it is hot air... with just a few minutes of action.

OK. I give, I admit I tried to find a free stream tonight, to no avail.
The scarcity of it got to me, I wanted to be a part of the crowd. Damn.
I watched briefly - I found it hilarious that no one in the crowd gave two shits about the lead-up fights. No cheering, no clapping, no nothing. Just bring us the main event!
It feels so much like I am watching WWE. We are all watching in case of a miracle.

For the kind of money they are getting paid, it should be a fight to the death, with the victor decapitating the loser, and parading his blood dripping head around his still trembling corpse while still onstage. But truth be known, they are probably both gay, and will suck each other off afterwards, then laugh all the way to the bank.
Yes! I'm ready to watch even though we all know Mayweather will win.
