That act is the most shameful thing I have ever done on the cricket field: Joe Root

After a century in the third ODI against India, England's star batsman Joe Root wasted the bat. After a century, the practice of giving up bat was being criticized from cricket and social media, after which Root responded that the act felt remorse. He said that it was the most shameful thing that happened to me on the cricket field so far.
Root completed his century in the crucial match at Headingley on Tuesday by a four on winning shot. Celebrating the 13th century with his career, he did a few different ways of celebration. After winning the match, he put his bat on the field, but it did not like by cricket fans and ex-players. Immediately after the match, his actions had started criticizing him. England captain Ian Morgan too did not like that type of thing.

In the third and decisive one-dayer against India, captain Morgan and Joe Root put on a century partnership, England won the final one-day match to win the series by 2-1. England completed the challenge of 257 runs by 8 wickets.
