Heart aches on a full tummy

Its been a few days but with the holiday season I bet we all have been busy. Hope all had a good thanksgiving! Spent time with family and friends and ate a massive amout of food. In case you are curious, yes I had a good time with my family as well... Well, at least until around 6.
As some may know traditional sports games are played on thanksgiving, of course im talking about the game of football. Detroit and Dallas are the usual custom teams and heck, maybe even part of the reason I became a Dallas Cowboys fan! Yes, yes, I am a Cowboys fan through thick and thin.
The headline matchup between the Cowboys and the, now, Los Angeles Chargers was a guarentee supreme game between 2 up and coming teams. Sure, Dallas is well known around America and it shows on a daily basis because I have learned from experience that you either hate us or you love us. When i say "up and coming" it means a group of young 20 somethings fresh to the league and really just getting their feet under them.
Some that watched any of the football games know the story but to save myself the play by play visions of the game ill just say we lost...and it wasnt even close! 28 to 6 was the final score and it really could have been worse. The cowboys scored a late touchdown in the 4th quarter in what would be pretty much "garbage time" to at least not get shut out. I could ramble on and on about what i see where problems with the team, what we have to do to fix these problems and so forth but i think i have done enough just minimalizing the game.
I am just hoping that the team can right the ship so theres a spot in our future for a playoff push. Injuries and suspensions have hindered the ability of the team so far and heres hoping we can come back stronger than ever. There's no way i could accept anything less. The record may be 5-6 now but last year we were a 13-3 team! Ugh, one game at a time but seasons are on the line and heck maybe even some jobs for the coaching staff!!
