Many of the young generations are so addicted and blend into the virtual world from their mobile devices, games or even social media. They forget the importance of their own health and continue to live their carefree life. Previously I wrote about “Health is the key of life, not money”. In this post I will write more about sports. Sports is a physical activity that is done by people that involves motion and also body movement. There are many examples of sports like Basketball, Badminton, Football and many more that doesn’t require an “object” such as Gym, running, or swimming.

Even though all these sports are different in terms of objective, like basketball is more on throwing the ball into the hoop, whereas football is to kick the ball to go into the goal post, all these come in common = Body work. It involves running, jumping, and arm movement for certain sport activities. From this, you will get rid of toxins from your body through sweating.

Some of the people are too caught up with their work, neglecting exercising or even spending time with their families or love ones. Sports is also good for building relationship with your close ones by carrying out the same activity together to get charisma. By doing regular exercises and carrying out sports at least once a week, you can prevent a lot of diseases or sickness from happening. Exercising also helps to fight depression, leading you to live a much happier life.
