Real Madrid Vs Manchester United - Match Prediction
Real Madrid and Manchester United have faced 11 times in competitive matches and Real have won 5 times so far compared to just two wins by Manchester United.
The two sides met in Super Cup finals last season where Isco and Casemiro scored for La Liga side to give them the title.
The two sides will meet again on 1st August but most of their star players will be resting after the World Cup.

Real Madrid will be missing their players which include Raphael Varane, the Croatian Luka Modric and Kovacic and Brazilian duo of Casemiro and Marcelo, not to mention their star player Ronaldo who left Real for Juventus.
However they will have some good players available who played the World Cup which include Carvajal, Asensio, Ramos and Kroos.
Gareth Bale and Karim Benzema did not participate in the World Cup so their inclusion is almost certain.
The key players for Real Madrid will be Gareth Bale and Karim Benzema. Benzema had a bad past season but the quality he processes, he can never be overlooked. Gareth Bale showed his worth in the last match against Liverpool pool by scoring two goals coming from the bench which included a stunning bicycle strike.
This is Real Madrid's first game since defeating Liverpool in the Champions League final in May. You can say that some of their players lack match practice but that will have very little to no effect on their game.

They were humiliated by Liverpool who put 5 past them. Jose Mourinho will be very unhappy with their team's performance in their last encounter against Liverpool but they would like to keep the past in and start fresh. The likes of Pogba, Lukaku, Rashford, Lingard will miss this match as they are resting. David de Gea however returned to pre season training before others and might start in this match. Fred is also in line for his first start.
Alex Sanchez and David de Gea will be the key men for United in this match. De Gea had a remarkable last season where he saved more than 80% of the shots on target. Although he had a very bad World Cup experience but the player of his calibre won't be affected by a few bad performances. Alex Sanchez on the other hand is a class player and Madrid will have to make some plans to stop him from scoring.
Manchester United faced a horror defeat at the hands of Liverpool in their last match and drew three consecutive matches before that. They don't have the best of the sides at the moment but they will need to pull themselves up and play their A game.

Most probably after the interview by mourinho he has to prove a point and will play a strong team, on the other hand madrid might go with a young squad. In any case my guess is Madrid will win hands down.
