There is a myth about the size of your bicep that need to ignored because it does not make any sense. The myth is that your bicep will grow more if the distance between longer head of your bicep and your forearm when you do posing is less. The relation between the distance and your bicep growth is inverse.

Add Another Myth To Your List

Never let any advise discourage you that goes like that you can't make muscle or gain more weight because it is not in your genes. Nothing is impossible to achieve only one thing is impossible which is not possible according to you. Genetics does affect your workout in some ways but this doesn't mean that you should loose hope.

Bicep Size Only Depends On Your Workout Intensity

Your bicep will grow as much your workout intensity will. Some guys take more time to gain weight or grow biceps but at the end they achieve what they try for you should also try your best to achieve your goals. Nobody is perfect there are are some weaknesses that should not discourage you from working out.

Take more protein supplement during workout also can help biceps to grow in size right? It can grow faster compare to not taking protein supplement at all. To grow in biceps size, persistence is important
