Il Manchester City continua a vincere ed ottiene tre punti battendo in casa il Newcastle con il risultato di 3 a 1. Vincono anche gli inseguitori: con lo United che espugna il campo del Burnley grazie ad un gol di Martial e il Chelsea che batte il Brighton fuori casa 4-0.

Inaspettata sconfitta del Liverpool che cade in casa dell'ultima in classifica (Swansea City). Il Tottenham pareggia fuori casa contro il Southampton, mentre l'Arsenal batte 4-1 il Crystal Palace.

Il basso alla classifica, pari esterno del West Bromwich (1-1 contro l'Everton) e successo casalingo per lo Stoke City che con i gol di Allen e Diouf batte l'Huddersfield.
