Hi @kryptocek! Your pick will be tracked but there is an issue with timeliness on one of our back-end services right now. Also, it looks like you tried to use the abbreviation 'sp' to indicate a spread pick - the tag to be used is 'spread' or 'ml', so it looks like your post will be tracked as money-line pick (which is the default). We're working hard to fix the timeliness issue and thanks for tracking your pick with @SportSteem!

Absolutely, thanks for the response! Obviously we want the automated response to happen quickly so you can confirm that we're tracking as you intend BEFORE the event and make changes if needed. To that end, part of what we're working on is having multiple sources of this back-end service to provide higher availability of the responsiveness our users deserve. Thank you!
Hope this gets fixed soon. I miss the sportsteem bot reply comments to my picks.
Hi @johnhtims - thanks for the comment! As of a little bit ago, our back-end service has started catching up. We should be back up and running with our normal service within a few hours - all picks that didn't have replies should get them soon as well.
